Shipping & Delivery
Because of the fact that YAK operates on low margins, we absorb shipping costs and offer FREE shipping (domestic and International) home delivered, upon purchase of any carpet online around the world.
When Do We Deliver
For Domestic/International delivery- purchased carpets will be delivered within 10-12 days after receipt of payment for carpets. Although we aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours, estimated delivery times are used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch. We are not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes.
Yak Carpet insures each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to you. Upon delivery of goods, we require a signature for any goods delivered- at which point the responsibility of the goods passes on to you. Also, please specify the name of the recipient who will be responsible for accepting the delivery of the goods.
